This small room box/vignette depicts what a covered porch may have featured for an Independence Day celebration around 1903. Everything is decked out in red, white and blue, including the lovely lady and the large teddy bear. The teddy bear was named after President Theodore Roosevelt, and first came out in early 1903. There are artisan pieces in this scene, but all unsigned. Everything is housed in an 11″ by 8″ wooden storage crate.
